If you subscribed through the Google Play Store
Google Play subscriptions and refunds are managed directly by Google.
To request a refund:

Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
Locate your order
Follow the instructions provided by Google to submit your request

If you subscribed through the App Store
Apple handles all App Store purchases and refund requests directly.
To request a refund:
Visit the App Store's refund support page
Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the subscription or purchase
Submit your refund request through Apple

If you subscribed through our website
If you purchased your subscription or started a trial through the DaVinci website, you may be eligible for a refund if:
You have not used any credits
Your request is submitted within the refund window for your region
Refund windows:
EU, Switzerland, UK, Turkey: Within 14 days of purchase
United States: Within 3 days of purchase
South Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Brazil, China: Within 7 days of purchase
All other countries: Within 7 days of purchase
If credits have been used or the refund window has passed, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
