If you subscribed through our website

Subscriptions and purchases made through the DaVinci website are for digital services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Your purchase is considered consumed the first time you use any in-app or other consumable credits to generate content. Once any credits have been used, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Except where required by applicable law or where a different option is expressly provided at checkout, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription periods, unused features, or if you decide to stop using the Services.

EU Consumer Notice

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

However, this right no longer applies once the digital service has been delivered with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the digital content is made available.
