Check your account and sign-in method
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account and sign-in method you used when purchasing your subscription.
For example, if you subscribed using Google sign-in, signing in later with email or another provider may open a different account.
Check where you purchased your subscription
Subscriptions purchased through the DaVinci website, App Store, or Google Play are linked to the account and platform used at checkout.
Make sure you’re accessing DaVinci with the correct account.
Confirm your subscription status
Check that your subscription is still active and has not expired or been canceled.Refresh your session
Refresh the page, make sure you have a stable internet connection, and try signing out and back in.
