A generation failed or is taking a long time. What can I do?

Generation time can vary depending on your selected model, your plan, queue priority, prompt complexity, resolution, and video length.

If your image or video generation is taking longer than expected or doesn’t complete, try the steps below:

  1. Wait and try again
    The generation queue may be temporarily busy. Wait a moment, then start a new generation.

  2. Check your connection
    Make sure you have a stable internet connection and refresh the page.

  3. Adjust your generation settings
    Try simplifying your prompt or reducing the resolution or video length.

  4. Check your credits
    Make sure you have enough credits available for the generation.

  • The model you used

  • The prompt you entered

  • A screenshot of any error message, if possible
