Why is my subscription not syncing between web and mobile?

Currently, our web and mobile platforms operate on separate subscription and billing systems.

This means that subscriptions purchased through the mobile app (via the App Store or Google Play) are managed independently from subscriptions purchased through the DaVinci AI Web platform.

As a result, a subscription activated on one platform does not automatically transfer, sync, or unlock premium access on the other platform. For example, a mobile subscription will only provide premium access within the mobile app, while a web subscription will only apply to the web platform.

This separation also means that available plans, pricing, features, billing cycles, and credit systems may differ between platforms.

If you would like to access premium features on both platforms, separate subscriptions may currently be required.
