If you see an unexpected or duplicate charge, there may be a few possible reasons.
Automatic Renewal
A charge on your renewal date is usually your existing subscription renewing automatically. This does not mean a new subscription was created.
Temporary Authorization Hold
Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold to verify your payment method. This is not an additional charge and usually disappears automatically within a few business days.
Multiple Subscriptions
A duplicate charge may happen if more than one subscription was created, such as subscribing more than once or using different accounts.
Subscriptions on Different Platforms
Subscriptions purchased through the DaVinci website, App Store, and Google Play are managed separately.
If you subscribed on multiple platforms, each subscription has its own billing and must be managed through the platform where it was purchased.
