Why did my credits decrease without a result?

Learn why credits may be used even when a generation fails.

In some cases, credits may still be deducted even if a generation does not complete successfully. This can happen if the generation process starts on the server side but is interrupted due to connection issues, app interruptions, timeouts, or temporary system errors.

For web app users, credits used for failed generations are typically refunded automatically within a short period of time.

To help avoid interrupted generations, we recommend making sure your internet connection is stable, avoiding closing the app while a generation is in progress, and refreshing your generation history after a few minutes to check whether the content appears later.
