Why did my video generation fail?

Understand why your video generation may have failed

If your video generation failed, this may be caused by a temporary server issue, connection interruption, high system load, unsupported prompt content, or content safety restrictions.

Because video generation requires significantly more processing power than image generation, failures or delays may occasionally occur during periods of high demand.

In some cases, generations may fail automatically if the request or generated result is detected as potentially violating content or safety policies. Because of this, your video generation may fail even if the original prompt appears acceptable.

If you continue experiencing generation failures, we recommend trying again after a few minutes and adjusting or simplifying your prompt.

For web app users, credits used for failed generations are typically refunded automatically within a short period of time. If your credits are not refunded after some time, please contact our support team and include your prompt, screenshots or screen recordings, the approximate time the issue occurred, and your User ID.
